RSS: A Simple Way to Read News

Thanks to this resource, sites and blogs can promote their latest content in a fast and easy way. The benefit to users is that they can receive a summary of the latest updates from sites and blogs without actually visiting the site.

This resource is developed in XML and allows the administrator of these sites to divulgate their latest content in a link (with the summary of it or with the whole content) witch is kept in a .xml, .rss or .rdf file. This file is known as a feed, RSS feed.  

The user interested in obtaining this latest news must include the feed link into a website that offers RSS reading service. Doing that the user will receive all the news he had subscribed to directly at the chosen website.  The most used toll for this service, considering regular users is google reader.
